+1 Jungle Disk/Amazon Web Services
You can fully encrypt all of the files on their server.  Supports multiple
computers.  Easy to use and supports Windows/Mac/Linux.  No need to grab any
hard drives when the house is on fire!  There is a cost but it is imho
slight.
