I get my listings from SD and it works just fine. My QAM comes from TWC (else it'd be ATSC) and I have basic and standard, but no digital.

I think you're allowed to use an antenna regardless of what a HOA or landlord may say. I've seen the link to the law somewhere. Maybe someone else knows for sure?

I've been following this thread since I just set aside a machine for a
Mythbuntu install and have been trying to figure out what TV card to
use. I will definitely look into the HDHomeRun as my house is already
networked and dual coax runs from a distribution center to each room.

One of the questions I have is with cable service or how to get the
QAM signals. I only have TWC basic cable at home. Are those of you
with TWC basic able to get the digital signals from the basic cable or
are you putting an OTA antenna outside to get the digital signals? I'm
not sure I can convince the wife we need to spend ~$80/mnth for cable
(plus the RR cost). Then depending on the type of OTA antenna, my HOA
will raise a stink about that.

Also, do most of you use one of the online listers like ScheduleDirect
to get your listings?

Thanks for your help and look forward to getting this up and running.
