[TriLUG] Slow RoadRunner?

Anyone else getting crappy speeds with RoadRunner when accessing the 
Internet? Speedtests against TWC's site show 6mbit but against pretty much 
anywhere else it's 1.5 to 2mbit.

Three different traceroutes show some half-second delays starting at 
ge-5-3-0.rlghncpop-rtr1.southeast.rr.com.
