Google Apps for your domain supports Domain Aliases, which may be what you want.

It basically allows you to sign up the primary domain, then add others
that all point to the same email accounts. So if you signed up
example.com and example.org, then bob at example.com and bob at example.org
would be the same account, and all email to either address would go to
that account. All you have to do is add the other domains in the
Google Apps admin and update the DNS entries for the domains
accordingly.
