I've used it with Win XP, Ubuntu Linux, and Mac OSX hosts, all with varying guests and they've all worked great. It's been a lifesaver for me when I'm forced to use XP, I can still run Ubuntu Jaunty locally for deployment testing and even development, and it's worked perfectly. Paul
