[TriLUG] Room in a geek-friendly house (CH/Carrboro)

[Hope this isn't inappropriate, but I'd certainly appreciate the
opportunity if our roles were reversed...]

Given that it's mid-semester, I'm struggling to rent a room in my
(rented) house up in Carrboro near downtown.  The room plus bath is
$600/mo and comes with full house privileges (including space in the
gnomish workshop / mad-scientist's lab setup in the spare room).
Current projects include mostly arduino hacking, but I'm easily
impressionable.  =)
