Wow, business must be *really good* these days to turn down business without even talking to the client.  Perhaps my estimate was off (I don't do this everyday), but a little understanding would have gone much farther.

At any rate, thanks for letting me know upfront you are not interested.  It makes finding the right vendor (for this job and the next) much easier.
