[TriLUG] Open HD Capture

The goal of this project is not to satisfy the Home Media DVR user, it is
geared more towards capturing HD video from cameras and laptops.  I
appreciate all the input I have received so far.  I look forward to hearing
from more of this amazingly helpful community.
