[TriLUG] A contact at TWC?

It took over a month to resolve a 'move service' issue we had with one of our affiliate agencies. We finally got a response from TWC when we contacted Tom Adams (tom.adams at twcable.com) -- he is/was the president of the Raleigh Division.
