[TriLUG] OT: Windows Help - Please No Flames

Maybe there are settings related to proxy'ing.  I have seen times where 
I go into the Internet Options (in the control panel) and found that 
proxy settings have been set, when none are needed.  Also, see these 
settings inside the Firefox options...

Maybe???
