If your primary criteria is the quality of the design, then there is no
simple answer to your question of cost. It would be like asking how much
it costs to commission a painting. The answer depends on who the artist
is and the prices may vary wildly.
I've seen designs done for $100 or less, with varying results. I've seen
designs done for $20,000+ (for just the design), with varying results.
Of course, beauty is always in the eye of the beholder.
