I need a couple of 3.5" HDD>250GB for an x3250 server. More specifically I think I just need the stupid rails that support a 3.5" HDD. I did not know the HDD had to be IBM (aka a 3.5" drive w/ mounting rails) and I just used some I had but they won't mount! CDW why you no have this listed in the accessories or as an option!! Sheesh
