[TriLUG] The queen code book challenge

Howdy,
The queen has set up a code book challenge for ages 13-16 to work out
encoded messages. I say why limit the age group and step it up a level and
lets use your programming skills. It would be a fun way to learn new
programming ways and also just something to do.
