Not just mine.


I am fighting an issue with a 1U Supermicro box, running Ubuntu 11.04 server ( or at least that's what we think got installed when it did a dist-upgrade ), which has four 2GB sticks installed.

Unfortunately, everything that I can find says that it only sees 3GB.

dmidecode shows four 2GB sticks, which agrees with what we think we installed.  How possible is it that 5 out of the 8 are bad?  I suspect that it is very unlikely.


Any ideas?
