[TriLUG] Linux clients and servers for Apple AirPlay protocol

Hey,
Has anyone tried using Apple AirPlay tools for Linux ?

I want a simple way to send audio to my living room MythTV box via the
AirPlay protocol and have it come out on the room speakers.  So far I
have found shareport [1] for audio, and I think xbmc [2] can do
AirPlay video.
