[TriLUG] TWC having issues?

I was getting something similar to this a few days ago in North Raleigh. It
cleared up after a couple hours. Seemed to me at the time that the primary
symptom was failure to do DNS lookups so I investigated and came up with similar
results to these using mtr. My loss numbers were much higher and really spread
through the network, not just TWC.
