Red Hat's global customer support organization is adding the next class
of frontline support engineers to provide basic troubleshooting of Red
Hat Enterprise Linux and layered products.

Technical support for customer issues is provided primarily by taking
incoming calls and responding to web-based inquiries and the work
location will be Red Hat's Corporate Headquarters in Raleigh.

Candidates must have basic Linux system administration experience,
strong troubleshooting/debugging skills and a passion for problem
solving and investigation.

This is a fantastic opportunity to initiate or resume an career in IT

RHCSA & RHCE training classes will be provided and exams will be
administered to all new frontline support engineers.
