While this is probably not directly related to most of us, a friend of mine in the IT Industry, like us, has a need for a person that you might know, whether a friend or relative.

The listing follows:


Position : NEW Business Development Manager 
Location : Morrisville, NC   
Reports to : CEO            
Compensation : Base + Commission 

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:  
To generate NEW Sales Opportunities. Candidate will analyze account potential using professional selling techniques for market penetration. Candidate will be prospecting, cold calling, selling, and proposal writing, and closing account activity. Candidate will plan, develop and execute sales strategies tailored to potential clients and work closely with senior management for all support and client needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
 1. Increase sales through development of new customers and markets. 
 2. Develop and execute account development and business strategies to grow the business along with your commissions.
 3. Work closely with our consultants/management and customer service to ensure the needs of the customers is met.
 4. Prepare weekly Report on sales pipeline, accounts, and performance. 
 5. Other duties that become priority for Sales and Marketing improvement. 

EXPERIENCE: 
 Minimum 5 years of Experience selling IT services to medium and large organizations. 
 Preferred areas include Staffing and Custom software development projects, Systems 
 Integration, International Software Development, Managed IT Services, HR Business Process Outsourcing (BPO).
 Ability to multi‐task; team player; Organized; positive attitude; Works independently; most importantly, driven and entrepreneurial natured,
 Excellent oral and written communication skills 
 Computer proficiency: MS Office and CRM 
 International Selling experience and multilingual is a plus 

REQUIRED EDUCATION:  
Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred.
