https://www.samba.org/samba/security/CVE-2012-1182 Member Scott Miller pointed this out to me. The summary is that all currently supported samba releases have a vulnerability that could allow remote execution of arbitrary code as root. Redhat released a patch, but we're still waiting on Debian. Michael
