[TriLUG] Linux Video Hardware Vendor

[Tarus Balog]

What's the current consensus on the best video card vendor supported
under Linux? I'm thinking about building a new machine and I want a
screamingly fast video card, but I know the issues I've had with the
NVidia cards in my old Mac hardware. Is ATI better? Intel?
