[TriLUG] Linux distro for old via c3 box?

I've got an old box I'd like to install Linux on.. but current versions (ie. cd downloads) of Ubuntu/Lubuntu and Fedora 
"requires the following features not present on the CPU: cx8 cmov"

I read that it was because the new kernels were compiled in i686 machines that had more features than the c3 has.

Any suggestions on a distro that would work?
