[TriLUG] Remote Power Control

There used to be a company right there in Raleigh who made hardware for
that. And also had a nice GUI to manage it all. I went to a presentation
they did in 2007 or so but can't remember their name. Basically, it looked
like they had power strips where each plug could be managed through the
network. Plus some more complexities had been addressed.
