[TriLUG] TWC Cable Modem Fee

TWC currently lists Cable Modem rental for $2.50 a month now. I have
no idea when that started but my guess we've been paying it for some
time already. They nickel and dime you to death. Does this mean it's
going up to $3.95 a month?
