I agree, it has been very annoying in the #trilug IRC channel today.

Apparently it is "CAPSLOCK DAY" today [1].  For those who do not
frequent the TriLUG irc channel much: the irc bot has been kicking
people out of the channel if their nickname or message contains any
lowercase letters.
