[TriLUG] At&t's Uverse comments needed.

A quick Google check shows people who had trouble seeing it up, but are
doing various things incorrect.

For example, apparently the default router isn't happy with routing
loopbacks, so you'll have to check the functionality from outside your
network.  However I'm seeing enough "it worked for me." Posts to make me
think it's not a major problem.

I'm more interested in the bandwidth consumption caps that they were
planning to put in.  Have those been implemented?  I can't find the overage
fee schedule on the website.
