[TriLUG] Good wysiwig editor for very simple forms?

I am working on a project on the BeagleBone where I am doing some UI by
providing a very simple web server. I use HTML forms and text substitution
as I serve them up and the process the submit command lines. This is
working fine; just providing some background as to why the HTML needs to be
simple (in one file; no css). I have been using gedit.
