This goes to my point about rules then requiring officials to enforce them. This then leads to the need for (rules) spelling out consequences and a system for dealing with infractions. It is a road I would rather not go down.

If we have to make rules for decent behavior, then perhaps we should all
stay at home.
One rule will just call for another rule and then we would spend all of our
meeting time making rules.
