When did Southeastern Electronics close, anyhow?
I found a 1990 newspaper
article<http://news.google.com/newspapers?nid=1454&dat=19900415&id=m1RIAAAAIBAJ&sjid=6hMEAAAAIBAJ&pg=6091,6094531>saying
that Southeastern had been bought by Cameron & Barkley, of
Charleston, SC. It appears
that<https://www.hagemeyerna.com/AboutUs/History-(1).aspx>Cameron &
Barkley became Hagemeyer
North America <http://www.hagemeyerna.com/>, which later became a division
of Sonepar USA <http://www.sonepar-us.com/>.
They list<https://www.hagemeyerna.com/AboutUs/SiteLocatorList.aspx?State=NC>an
office at 2820 Yonkers Rd, but it doesn't appear that they're still in
the electronics business. Their web site lists exactly 8 parts in the
electronic components
category<https://www.hagemeyerna.com/ProductCatalog/SearchResults.aspx?key=38195500&TotalProductsCount=585&search=ec84a222-3116-489e-bf67-4bf9b47b5aa0&bc=cdd73ace-e558-42af-81f1-d6b29a4d4461#&&SelectedFeatures=aa5524ed-b462-4d25-8cc6-c0f6e69f5c6b&OrigFeatures=fc5ff2df-fabd-4a2e-b0a9-2e379eadf29e&search=16b83ea8-2ed0-43df-9993-f5c193d496f3&BreadCrumbs=0ff0f5a7-9973-48f5-a922-2306df2ef294>:
6 pots and 2 bridge rectifiers.
