Problem solved: Miss-configuration

I managed to ssh over IPv6 into my home router via pilot.trilug.org
since I don't have IPv6 at work (I know, really !). From there I
could ssh over IPv4 to a client machine and run radvdump - nothing...

Manually restarting the radvd service on the router was interesting, a
syntax error in /var/etc/radvd.conf. This conf file is generated by
OpenWRT from the uci /etc/config/radvd config file. I had enabled
each option for radvd via the web interface, not really knowing what I
was doing, and this caused the breakage. After disabling everything
except the "inteface" section the radvd service starts without error
and my client get's a IPv6 address !! The client can now ping6
google.com - Done !
