I agree with this assessment. I have TWC Business Class and have had few
problems. Those I have had were fixed quickly. I have an account manager and I
can call him directly.

After we dropped all other TWC services, landline, residential Internet, and TV,
the residential guys came out and put on a filter that blocked everything,
including my business class Internet. I called my account manager and another
guy was out here in less than 30 minutes to fix it. Of course it should not have
happened in any event, but when outages occur, I get priority service and
usually techs who know what they are doing.

Over the years I have tried various offerings from other companies and more
recently continue to look for alternatives. Despite any problems and issues, TWC
BC has worked best for me and provides the service I need.

TW is a complete 180 on the business class in regards to service when compared to the horrible service us retail users get. They prioritize your traffic and respond quickly to problems. Our customers use them and they have nothing but good things to say.
