Agree 100%.

I had a timbuk2 messenger-style backpack but I was carrying too much in it
and it was killing my shoulder, plus after a travel trip schlepping around
airports it *really* hurt.  I found an used, older model BrainBag on ebay
for ~ $100 and I love it.  It's huge, but has compression straps so I can
cinch it down, extremely well-built, and they seem like a cool company.
 Would not hesitate to purchase a bag from them again.
