Well, if there are any issues, earthlink doesn't have an e-mail
address.  It's telephone or "live chat" only.  It can also be a pain
sorting out whose problem it is: Time Warner's or Earthlink's.  It's
usually Time Warner's issue, since almost all of the infrastructure
belongs to them.  So, if there are a lot of problems, you're still
dealing mostly with TWC.
