In my tests namebench recommended both "regular" and "hijacking" servers
that were about the same speed. It's easy to test if a server hijacks
NXDOMAIN results. Just run:

OpenDNS:

$ dig @208.67.222.222 does-not-exist-asdfadfasdfasf.foo
...
;; ->>HEADER<<- opcode: QUERY, status: NOERROR, id: 42256
...

Google:

$ dig @8.8.8.8 does-not-exist-asdfadfasdfasf.foo
...
;; ->>HEADER<<- opcode: QUERY, status: NXDOMAIN, id: 23593
...

namebench actually found that my ISP's DNS servers were the fastest.
