Hi Warren,

As usual, the advertised speed is unobtainium.  The fastest speed I
measured with the 18 GB Uverse was about 12 GB (down), but more
typically it stayed around 9-10 GB.  Slightly better than TWC, before
they ran a new cable to the house.

None of this applies to streaming video, of course.  Trying to watch HD
television shows, even with 35 GB business class is like reverting back
to a v.32bis modem...
