[TriLUG] Move over Google: Wilson, NC did it a long, long time ago

That is, I have felt for a few years now there is probably a market for at
least one alternative, "clean" network.  Clean in content, in how its
managed, in price gouging (SSL certs), etc. Not sure how it would be ramped
up; but, suspect there is a real market there.
