Honestly John, I don't mean this in a disrespectful manner, but your post is a bunch of, "the law ... Blush blah blah", to which I would point out that it is the law that the corporations bought. The law should reflect the will of We The People, and despite what a certain slick actor that ran for president thinks, corporations are not people.

What you state is emotion and belief is also a statement of demand for change in this system. I this particular case a lot of people desire the force of govt to come down on these ISP corporations through the power of law.

The idea that they don't owe transparency and a lot more to the people is also absurd even if it is protected by the laws. These corporations have behaved badly and ripped off the people whom they were supposed to serve and are now receiving their just desserts. I hope it hurts them like hell.

It's that time again, where I will fade back into reading and less on commenting. Because commenting in detail on these items is truly a waste of my time. Anyone that thinks these statements hold any legal validity needs to really work on their understanding on business law. I am no expert, but I know enough to point this out as nothing more than belief of a person's right or wrong, which has nothing to do with legal operation of business. Sorry for rattling the cages and I wish the best for all in their future understanding of business laws in the USA.
