[TriLUG] DRMed coffee maker?

Sounds like the open source community will be more important than ever in
the future. If I had the wherewithal I would love to work in the open
source hardware design arena. With 3-D printers and potential for other
consumer manufacturing, open source would shock the established
China-to-USA system.  I'm sure the "un-owned" products movement will work
hard to prevent open source from gaining a foothold in manufacturing.
