[TriLUG] cut the TV cable

One note for sports fans:
I am addicted to pro road bicycle racing.
Some of the coverage Web streams only work in IE. Some only work in
Firefox.
We only got comedy central content to work in Firefox, so could not use
Chromecast.
I am mostly using VGA cable from a laptop to TV, because my HDMI device is
Chromecast.
