[TriLUG] ARIN IPv4 free pool now empty

I've gone headlong into AWS due to new $dayjob as well. Thankfully we're 
on a Classic account which still has IPv6 on the loadbalancers. If your 
account is new, you only get Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) which does not 
allow for IPv6 on the ELB :(
