That's just silly.

Get Google fiber and run a VPN from your house to some endpoint that
you trust.  For example, pay $10 for a Linode, install openVPN and run
all of your home traffic through it.  All Google will see is a bunch of
encrypted traffic between your house and Linode.

If you don't trust a carrier, just treat them as an untrusted network.
