To be quite honest, no part of that posting sounds or looks like a
Linux sysadmin job. 'Solutions Engineer?'

The word 'Linux' does not even appear anywhere in the listing.

1. Rename the job title to Linux Sysadmin, or similar.

2. Remove the bits about a 'Computer Science' degree. That is for a
software developer who write code for a living, not one who is an
admin.

Just state a four year degree is desired, or equivalent work experience is ok.

3. Ideally state exactly what Linux distro/OS will be used. At the
very least put the word Linux in there somewhere.

Then you will see applicants.
