[TriLUG] Paid network consultant needed

I have a medium-sized client in Chapel Hill that needs help troubleshooting
serious problems with slowness with their Internet connection.

They have Time Warner dedicated service with a symmetric 20Mbps fiber optic
link.

Their in-house IT guy is doing the best he can, but his attempts to improve
the service seem to have made matters worse.  It's not really his area of
expertise.

They're using an EdgeRouter Lite from Ubiquiti (ERL for the fanboys).

Do any of you have experience with these routers or with this kind of work
in general?
