What type/speed internet connection is this? I don't see it in the OP.
Had a similar issue when switching to a new SB6183 router (modem).
Changed all home cabling to Cat6 and issues were gone. All wall wart
supplies
are on UPS to prevent cycling; but for me the cable change was the fix.
