[TriLUG] Spectrum Business Class

I am thinking about switching from TWBC to Spectrum Business Class 
(SBC). I know that Spectrum just bought TW so not sure what to expect. 
The account rep I talked to said that I can keep on with my TWBC 
contract at 5 up / 15 down, or switch to an SBC offering of 60 down / 5 
up for $20 less per month on the base fee and keep the static IPs at the 
same cost as now.

I am concerned about service, uptime, response time, etc if I change. I 
have had no issues with TWBC and have been far more satisfied with them 
than any other provider I have ever had, including their own residential 
service.

Does anyone here have any experience with SBC? If so I would appreciate 
hearing about them in the next day or so.
