Short answer is, header needs to say:
application/vnd.openxmlformats-officedocument.spreadsheetml.sheet

Also, when you press <CTRL>+<ENTER> gmail sends your email.

So if you press <CTRL>+V to paste something, like
application/vnd.openxmlformats-officedocument.spreadsheetml.sheet and then
hit <ENTER> too quickly, it:
1) pastes the content
2) un-pastes the content
3) sends the email
4) makes you look like an idiot.

I don't need "help" looking like an idiot sometimes.
