[TriLUG] Any recommendations for cheap "cloud" hosting?

On the subject of the proliferation of cheap hosting, it really makes
me wonder if companies like TWC, er, now Spectrum, are suffering any
sort of hit to their business class service?

My primary reason for moving to a hosted VPS is cost.  The server with
more data transfer and storage than I need is $20 per month and I can
add the automatic backup service that keeps, daily, weekly, and
biweekly snapshot images for $5.  I compare that to the $160+ that TWC
is charging for their smallest BC service plus the creeping costs of
Jungledisk (now $8) for backup.

I am getting ready to dump TWC all together, including for TV.  They're
simply not price competitive anymore and act like their still the only
game in town.
