[TriLUG] Any recommendations for cheap "cloud" hosting?

What ISP will you move to then?  Cloud hosting isn't as useful when you 
can't get to it :-D

I just have Business Class internet service from Spectrum; no TV, no 
phone, and the prices are reasonable (IMHO).  YMMV.
