[TriLUG] OT: Blocking scroll video pop ups

I often simply close the web page the instant they come up, especially if  
they start sound automatically. Don't these people care that some people  
use their computers while OTHERS TRY TO SLEEP? There are thousands of  
other things I could be doing instead of looking at that particular  
website.
