[TriLUG] OT: Blocking scroll video pop ups

In my "the computer guy days" my neighbor had the same problem. I also
could not find a solution. I called Microsoft support and she had me set
the browser to "default" settings. No more videos. Also fixed a couple of
other issues. Have not had these issues myself so not sure if that really
fixed the problem. Please share if find another solution.
