I asked my son this morning. He said he would be willing to "host" the
group at the McKimmon Center. There is a form to fill out and a phone
number to call on the website. Can you call the center and ask specifically
what is required to host an event there? I have looked but don't see any
fees for the facility. I think it is for NCSU events and sponsored events.
Can you please check for my son and send us the details so he can then fill
out the form? If he only has to fill out the form and not involve his
department, he is willing to help.

thanks,
